Rules to Follow:

To fully benefit from Vaagary, participants are encouraged to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Perform each exercise 6 times in the morning (4 AM - 9 AM) or evening (4 PM - 7 PM), with mornings offering the best results.
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to starting any exercise.
  • Use natural tooth powder, keep nails clean, and practice on a mat with proper attire.
  • Allow a 30-minute gap before and after meals or bathing for exercises or mudra practices.
