RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
No Returns on Opened Products:
We cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered, as they cannot be reused.
Damaged Products:
If the product is received in a damaged condition (broken, leakage, etc.), you may request a refund or replacement. This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with video proof of the unboxing.
Evaluation of Requests:
All return and exchange requests will be carefully checked and vetted by Vaagary Wellness SDN. BHD.
Neglect or Improper Usage:
Damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy.
REFUND POLICY:
Refund Timeline:
Once a return request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be transferred via the same payment method used for the order.
Order Cancellation:
- If you cancel your order before it ships or within 24 hours of placing the order (whichever is earlier), a refund will be processed within 7 days.
- For prepaid orders, cancellations made after 2 hours of order placement will incur a 30% deduction to cover processing, shipping, and packaging costs.
No Refund After Shipping:
Refunds will not be provided once the order has been shipped.
Final Sale:
No refund shall be made once the goods are sold.
