Return and Exchange Policy
No Returns on Opened Products:
- Opened or used products cannot be exchanged or returned, as they cannot be resold or reused.
Damaged Products:
- If your product is damaged (e.g., broken, leaking, etc.), you may request a refund or replacement. Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery and provide video proof of the unboxing and email it to vaagarywellness@gmail.com
Evaluation of Requests:
- All return and exchange requests will be evaluated thoroughly by our team to ensure they meet the criteria for return.
Neglect or Improper Usage:
- Damages caused by improper usage, neglect, or incorrect application will not be covered by our return policy.
Refund Policy
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after a return request is accepted. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Order Cancellation:
- If you cancel your order before it ships or within 2 to 4 hours of placing the order (whichever occurs first), a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- If the order has been processed and shipped, then cancellations are not applicable.
No Refund After Shipping:
- Refunds will not be provided once the order has been shipped.
Final Sale:
- No refunds will be made on final sale items once purchased.
