Shipping Policy
At Vaagary Wellness SDN. BHD., we are committed to ensuring that all orders are shipped securely and promptly through reliable courier services. Below is our shipping policy to help guide you through our process.
- Orders
All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). We use POSLaju as our standard delivery courier. Most orders will be processed and delivered within 3 - 7 business days (West Malaysia), 5 -14 business days (East Malaysia). For International orders we use POS LAJU Air parcel service for which the orders will be processed and delivered within 7 - 15 business days.

Note:
Europe Union consists of - Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Oceania consists of - Australia and New Zealand
For countries within the European Union, the shipping rates are fixed and will not vary by country. Similarly, a uniform above mentioned shipping rate applies to all countries within Oceania.
Delivery Coverage Areas
We currently deliver to addresses in Malaysia and Singapore. Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
For international orders, we offer shipping to the following countries:
Singapore, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Israel, UAE, Japan, Hong Kong, and India.
Shipping is strictly limited to the countries listed above, and we do not deliver to any other locations worldwide.
For buyers from all the mentioned countries above except Malaysia - The custom clearance is bearable by the buyer. We are not liable for the custom clearance, or the charges incurred at the customs.
- Failed Delivery
In the event that we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address provided by you, we will make a subsequent (2nd) attempt at the specified delivery address. We regret to inform you that your package will be returned to Vaagary Wellness SDN. BHD. Malaysia and orders will be cancelled if both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt).
- Responsibility and Complaints
- Post-Delivery Responsibility: Vaagary Wellness SDN. BHD. is not liable for any damage to goods after the delivery has been completed.
- Complaints: If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to Customer Care at vaagarywellness@gmail.com within 3 business days from delivery for assistance.
