For Regular Use:

  1. Pour a generous amount of oil into your hands.
  2. Massage the oil thoroughly into your scalp and body.
  3. Leave the oil on for one hour.
  4. After one hour, take a warm shower to rinse off.
  5. Pat dry with a towel after showering.

    Note: Oil bath is best taken before noon.

For Joint Comfort:

  1. Warm up the desired amount of oil.
  2. Gently massage the oil into each joint.
  3. Shower with warm water to rinse off.
  4. Use soap to thoroughly cleanse the skin.
