Shipping Policy

At Vaagary Wellness SDN. BHD., we ensure that all purchases are shipped securely and promptly using reputed courier agencies. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policy.

PROCESSING TIME

For Malaysia Orders:

  • All prepaid orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Please note, we currently DO NOT ACCEPT COD orders.
  • Delivery takes 3-7 business days upon confirmation. For locations with low coverage or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take 10-12 working days.

For International Orders:

  • At this moment, we do not accept international orders.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Goods may need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may suggest an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour.

RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPLAINTS

Responsibility After Delivery:

Vaagary Wellness SDN. BHD. is not responsible for any damage to goods after delivery.
